At Faces By Shannon, it’s always about the client. We work with your look, your style and your real life.
A few things to know.
Do I need to buy new makeup first?
No. Start with the products and brushes you already own. Shannon can help you understand what works for you and identify any useful additions. Retail purchases are not included in class prices.
How do the virtual classes work?
You apply your makeup while Shannon guides you live. Prepare a mirror, your products, good light and a phone or laptop. Your meeting details are confirmed when your class is scheduled.
Can I pay and book a class right away?
All paid experiences begin with the complimentary consultation and Shannon’s approval. You’ll then receive a private Stripe invoice and scheduling instructions. There is no public paid-class checkout.
What should I know about the Florida experience?
The $625 experience is one private four-hour session in Florida. Location, timing and any applicable travel charge are agreed before booking. Products purchased during shopping are separate.
What if I need to reschedule?
Payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared for review before payment. Discuss any date or travel constraints during your consultation.
Is this professional certification?
These are personal beauty lessons. They do not provide professional licensure, state continuing-education credit or certification.
